Folk schools, parochial schools and literacy schools - this is an incomplete list of institutions in which peasant children could study a hundred years ago. At that time, not everyone could afford to get an education. What are the specifics of peasant literacy? Were children allowed to leave school to work in the fields with their parents?

Ticket prices:

• for adults – 10.50 rubles;
• students of higher education institutions (student card) – 5.50 rubles;
• for schoolchildren, students of vocational and secondary specialized educational institutions – 5.50 rubles;
• for preschool children – free.

The museum exposition is open from 10:00 to 17:00.

The ticket office is open from 10:00 to 16:30.
